Three layers of protection. First, our built-in Anonymizer strips sensitive identifiers from documents before AI processing, and we encourage codenames and pseudonyms throughout. Second, all data is encrypted with AES-256 at rest and in transit, and the platform is built for SOC 2 and GDPR posture. Third, you stay in control of your data: our own predictive models improve from data only in anonymized, aggregated form, your organization's admin can opt out of that training-data use at any time, and the default AI model runs in a private tenant to keep queries off public providers. Public models are opt-in, and every model in the selector is labeled with its privacy level and relative cost, so you always know which AI sees your data. Role-based access control and audit logging give you full visibility into who accessed what.
